Bamidele Osibo is a is a strategic information and quality improvement professional over 17 years extensive experience in program management, monitoring, evaluation, Research, Strategic Information planning and programing across HIV/AIDS, TVET, Gender, Key Population, Health system strengthening, Human trafficking and unsafe Migration. I have provided leadership on multi state research programs, at national and sub -national level, gaining strategic networks cutting across governmental, international, and indigenous non-governmental organizations such as CDC, USAID, WHO, Global Fund, ICAP –Columbia University, DFATD (Global Affairs Canada), MTN Foundation, ECOWAS, Chatham House, GIZ and DFID. Bamidele provided technical oversight and quality assurance for numerous research study such Vulnerability Assessment in trafficking Endemic areas, Impacts assessments and tracer and Mid-term evaluations. He has conceptualized, designed, and implemented both field and Virtual surveys across several states in Nigeria.

She is proficient in developing innovative solutions for data collection, analytics, and reporting. She excels in optimizing efficiency and business processes through keen insights derived from data analysis. Her expertise also includes establishing and maintaining effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, thus ensuring seamless collaboration. She has leveraged a range of tools, including MS Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, VBA, and SQL, to derive meaningful insights and facilitate informed decision-making. Dr. Uche Ikenyei is a very skilled Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) expert with an exceptional career spanning over 16 years. His expertise lies in designing, implementing, and overseeing M&E systems for programs focused on HIV/AIDS prevention and control in several programs funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and Center for Disease Prevention and Control (CDC) in Nigeria. Dr. Ikenyei has served as an M&E specialist in USAID’s Health Population and Nutrition office and supporting programs funded by USAID to address malaria, maternal and child health, reproductive health, family planning, and immunization programs.
Dr. Ikenyei holds a Ph.D. in Health Information Sciences from Western University, Canada, a bachelor’s degree in human nutrition and a Master's in Epidemiology from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. His career focus centers on leading M&E efforts at local, state, and national levels to enhance the impact of development assistance programs, coordinate program evaluations, work in teams to synthesize context-specific evidence, promote data-driven decision-making, and work to achieve meaningful development outcomes.

Uche Onyx is a devoted professional with a solid academic background and substantial
field research experience. He has a Master of Science in Public Policy, a Bachelor of
Public Administration, and over 5 years of hands-on experience in qualitative and
quantitative field research management. His knowledge of research approaches such
as Social Norms Exploration, Social Network Analysis, and Harvesting Outcome and
Most Significant Change enables them to create thorough studies and extract relevant
information. Uche has been actively involved in a variety of field research initiatives
throughout his career, including managing the scale 3.0 Covid-19 vaccination campaign
in the streams of Southern Ijaw, conducting interviews with Tracer study beneficiaries
and critical stakeholders, and conducting surveys.
